Last updated . Every paid BrandCited plan is refundable within 14 days of purchase or renewal. Here is exactly how the policy works and how to request a refund.
BrandCited offers a straightforward 14-day refund on every paid plan. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase or renewal, email hello@brandcited.ai and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method, no questions asked.
Monthly plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Agency) are refundable in full if requested within 14 days of the initial charge. After 14 days, you can cancel at any time from the dashboard billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
Annual plans carry the same 14-day no-questions refund. After 14 days, annual plans are refundable on a prorated basis minus a 10% administrative fee. Request an annual refund by emailing hello@brandcited.ai with your account email and order ID.
The Free plan has no payment, so no refund applies. You can delete your free account at any time from Settings → Account, which erases all associated scan data within 30 days.
Paid one-time services such as custom audits or white-label report packs are refundable before delivery begins. Once delivery starts, refunds are evaluated case-by-case based on what has been completed.
Email hello@brandcited.ai with the subject "Refund request" and include: your account email, the order ID (visible in Settings → Billing), and a brief note explaining why you are requesting the refund. We respond within two business days and process approved refunds through Stripe within five business days. Funds appear on the original card within three to ten business days depending on your bank.
If you believe your refund was denied in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks are tracked and may result in permanent account termination plus the disputed amount being pursued through collections.
