Yes. The Free plan tracks one brand with no card and no end date. Upgrade when you want competitors, more brands or reports.

Paid plans check three top questions daily and rotate the rest weekly. The Free plan checks its first five questions once a week. Each answer is stored with its date so you can see how it changes.

Every plan includes every engine we track; nothing is sold as an add-on. The methodology page lists the engines and how each one is captured.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing settings. Upgrades apply straight away and are prorated. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period you paid for.

Yes. Every paid plan has a 14-day full refund, no questions asked: email hello@brandcited.ai within 14 days of a charge. After that, annual plans are refunded pro rata minus a 10% admin fee. The refund policy page has the details.

Annual plans are billed once a year and cost about two months less than paying monthly. The price shown with the annual toggle on is the monthly equivalent.
