ClearPath Health offers telehealth services for three chronic conditions: Type 2 diabetes management, hypertension monitoring, and weight management. Their clinical outcomes were strong. Their patient satisfaction scores were high. The highest-impact decision was creating condition-specific "What to expect" guides formatted as structured Q&A. These gave AI engines a clean, citable source for the questions patients ask before choosing a telehealth provider — and positioned ClearPath as the authoritative answer.
ClearPath's score reached 81/100 after four months. More relevant to the business: they became the most-cited telehealth platform on Perplexity for diabetes management and hypertension queries in their service areas.
New patient acquisition from AI-attributed sources grew from 12 patients/month to 89 patients/month. The compliance team's initial concern proved unfounded — none of the structural changes required modifying clinical claims, and the citation language AI engines used to describe ClearPath was consistently accurate and brand-positive.
